Q: How do I make a payment through your Web site?
A: It's easy. Simply pick what you wish to purchase and click on the BUY NOW link and you will be directed to a PayPal purchasing site. Using your debit card, credit card, or online check you may purchase your desired product (or multiple products, hopefully) and indicate where you wish to have the order shipped to.

Q: Is it safe to give my banking information over your Web site?
A: Any banking information will be given to a secure PayPal site. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us. And besides, if we knew how credit card fraud worked, we wouldn’t be trying to sell so many damn t-shirts.

Q: Is there a charge for using PayPal?
A: There is no charge for a customer to use PayPal. Any charges will be the responsibility of 1832.

Q: Are there any shipping charges?
A: Since 1832 uses the affordable United States Postal Service for all of our standard shipping needs, we are able to charge only $3.50 per item. Not only is this the cheapest way to ship domestically, but the USPS also employ one of our owner's fathers. (We are strong proponents of nepotism here.)

Q: How long does shipping usually take?
A: Depending on when you order and the number of orders we take in a week, shipping an order within the United States of America could take anywhere from 7 to 10 days. With the anticipation you’ll feel about your order, that time will fly by.

Q: Can 1832 ship internationally?
A: Can we? Yes. Have we? No. If you have a friend in Thailand who really wants a shirt, we'll find a way to get it there. We are quite resourceful.

Q: What if I don’t get my order?
A: If you don’t receive your order and tears fall down your face, don’t worry; we’ll take care of it. Please e-mail any shipping concerns to our team at 1832tees@gmail.com.

Q: What if I don’t own a store and just want to order a large number of shirts for a club, organization or non-profit? Could I discuss a bulk rate with 1832?
